Dear user,
you purchased an armature which meets all the latest requirements. It has been conceived
so as to be user-friendly and follows the requirements for economic drinking water con-
sumption. Our products comply with the EN 200, EN 817 and other standards compulsory
for our industry branch.
1. INStALLAtION rEqUIrEMENtS:
- rinse all tubes well before installation;
- all the water inflow tubing has to be flushed thoroughly before installation;
- always install a reducing valve to the water inflow tube with operating pressures above 5
bar;
- the right-hand armature attachment shall always be connected to cold water;
- with low-pressure water boilers, the use of adequate armatures intended for the purpose
is compulsory.
2. OPErAtINg CONDItIONS:
- minimum flow-through pressure 0,5 bar
- maximum flow-through pressure for the armature with automatic turnover switch 1 bar
- maximum operating pressure 5 bar
- recommended operating pressure 2,5 – 4 bar
- recommended water temperature range 20 – 65 °C
- maximum water temperature 80 °C
- minimum water temperature 5 °C
3. ArMAtUrE OPErAtION
- the water temperature and flow are controlled by means of the handle;
- turn the handle maximally to the final positions. NEVEr try to apply a major force, other-
wise the mechanism will be damaged.
4. MAINtENANCE CONDItIONS
- Armature repairs shall always be performed by an adequately skilled person.
- Clean the armature with non-aggressive detergents (soap water, neutral liquid soap) and
polish it by a soft cloth.
- Do not use abrasive or corrosive agents, or detergents containing alcohol or acids, as well
as rough or abrasive cloths or sponges.
- remains of body care products (liquid soaps, shampoos or shower gels) can cause surface
damages, too. rinse such remains thoroughly with water after use.
