1. Switch on the voltage.
2. Switch on the unit.
3. Set the date and time.
4. Switch the unit off and then back on.
5. Check date and time.
If necessary: Replace buffer battery.

Prerequisite The unit is ready for use
Voltage switched on
1. Switch on the unit.
2. No error message appears in the display:
Device is fine. Regulation works perfectly.
3. An error message appears in the display:
Document errors.
4. Switch off the unit.
Action
• Clarify error indication in display with manufacturer.
• Inform operator.
