5 Curing
5.1 Setting into Operation
Switch the power switch

to position 1 (ON).
5.2 Adjusting the Irradiation Time
The 4 irradiation channels can be setup only with the same irradiation time and start at
the same time.
5.2.1 Time Controlled Mode
This mode of operation is used for irradiation applications with the same irradiation time.
•
With buttons or set the irradiation
time to 1.50 s for example. The
indication of the irradiation time in the
digital display begins blinking.
•
Start an irradiation cycle and check if the
adjusted time is right. If not change the
time and repeat the sequence till the
correct irradiation time is achieved.
Storing of the irradiation time setting.

Press button . The indication of the irradiation time in the digital display stops
blinking.

Cont
inuous Mode
This mode of operation is used for applications with varying times. It is valid at the same
time for all 4 channels.
•
Press the buttons and
simultaneously. The lighting of the LED
“CONT.“ indicates Continuous mode.
The display of the dispensing time in the
digital display is set to

Press the button (or the foot switch)
to start the curing cycle.
– Switching back to time controlled mode without storage of the irradiation time by
renewed pressing of buttons or . The LED extinguishes. In the digital display, the
irradiation time is blinking.
– Switching back to time controlled mode with storage of the irradiation time by
pressing button . The LED extinguishes. The indicated irradiation time is stored.
