Command Description
AT\B<n>
Send “break” to the other modem
For connections that were not error corrected the modem sends a break signal to
the other modem. The length of the signal is: the specified parameter times 1/10
of a second.
For error corrected connections, the modem sends a break signal according to
the active error correction protocol without considering a parameter specifica-
tion.
If no connection is established or if a fax connection is active, an error message
is displayed.

Key abort is deactivated. The connection setup cannot be inter-
rupted manually.
A connection setup can only be interrupted via DTR drop, internal canceling of
the modem (
NO DIALTONE, BUSY
) or Timeout (
NO CARRIER
