Remote Terminal Connection Abort
When the remote terminal aborts a connection, the modem will
immediately hang up.
In the registry S86, the value is set to 25.
Changing the loop voltage to detect the function – Remote Ter-
minal Connection Abort (
U3
) – can be set with the help of
AT
commands.
Note:
This detection is based on the change of the loop
voltage (AT-TTE=U1, U2, U3). It will not work for
all connections. ISDN phone systems in particu-
lar often suppress the hang-up noise.
