Preparing Kibbe
1. Introduce the snail into the grinder head.
Attach the accessories for kibbe (see the
alongside image) to the grinder head and screw
its fixing ring.
2. Attach the grinder head to the main unit.
3. Put the tray on the vertical part of the
grinder head.
4. Now you can use the appliance to prepare
kibbe.
PREPARING KIBBE
Pass the kibbe prepared mixture through the
kibbe accessory and cut it into medium pieces.
The pieces can be stuffed and fried.
Kibbe is a traditional dish in the Middle East,
usually prepared of lamb and bulgur wheat.
These two ingredients are minced together. The
mixture is passed through the kibbe accessory
and is cut in medium pieces. The pieces can be
stuffed with minced meat and then fried.
Tips to stuff kibbe
Mixture preparation
500g - lamb, cut in strips
500g- bulgur wheat
1 small onion
Mount the accessories necessary to grind the meat. Grind the onion, the lamb and the
bulgur wheat (the onion is used first) using the fine grinding plate. Mix very well all the
ingredients and grind them again. In case the composition is not well mixed, please
grind them for a third time. From this mixture must result a composition with the
consistency of dough.
Stuffing preparation
400g - lamb, cut in strips 15ml/1 teaspoon of oil
2 medium onions, finely chopped
5-10 ml /1-2 teaspoons allspice
15 ml /1 spoon of flour
Salt and pepper
