Work safety
CAUTION: Material damage, loss of production
In the event of improperly carried out assembly work, improper
system tubing and wiring and unauthorized changes to the system
setup, there is a risk of direct and indirect damage to property!
➜ Pay attention to all notes and follow all relevant information and
instructions in this document.
➜ Do not make any unauthorized changes to the device, system,
tubing, nor the existing cable connections.
➜ If necessary, contact our technical service (see next page).
➜ All installation and assembly work may only be carried out by qualified and specially
trained personnel.
➜ Pay attention to all notes and follow all instructions and regulations in this
document and all general and statutory safety and health regulations applicable in
the place of use.
➜ Only use suitable tools and suitable aids for the assembly/disassembly of
components.
➜ Always carry out the described assembly operations with at least two people.
➜ Before carrying out assembly work, make sure that all units concerned and all
peripheral devices are completely disconnected from the power supply and are
secured against reconnection.
The professional mounting and installation of the device including
the supplied accessories is within the sole responsibility of the
operator!
Noncompliance will invalidate any warranty against
Heidolph Instruments.
The operator is solely liable for all damage resulting from unau-
thorized changes or modifications to the unit, from the use of
unauthorized or non-genuine spare parts and accessories, or from
disregarding the safety instructions and hazard warnings or the
manufacturer's instructions!
Personal protective equipment (PPE)
The operator must determine and provide the necessary PPE, depending on the respec-
tive application and the tools and chemicals used.
The corresponding instruction of the personnel is solely within the operator’s
responsibility.
