1100KL Assembly Instructions
1. Remove the base of the scale from the box and screw in the 4 Feet into
the underside of the Platform.
2. Place the Platform on the floor and adjust the feet to level Platform. (DO
NOT OVERTIGHTEN).
3. Locate the load cell cable and pull it out the bottom of the center handrail.
Position the Handrail over the Platform and feed the cable through the
Handrail Support.
4. The load cell cable should pass through the Handrail Support and exit
underneath.
5. Plug the load cell cable into the base of the scale.
6. Slide the center Handrail over the Handrail Supports and insert the
Handrail bolts. (2 on each side of Handrail) DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
7. Using the largest Allen wrench, attach the 2 Side Handrails to the center
Handrail.
8. Connect the load cell cable to the Load Cell port on the back of the
Display Unit and slide the Display Assembly onto the display support.
Note: Route the load cell cable through the channel on the rear of the
Display Unit.
9. Insert 4 screws into the Display Support.
10.
Connect the power cord to the power port.
