Inspect the webbing joining shackle,
ensuring that:
The shackle pin is secure and
straight – do not attempt to tighten.
(NOTE - The shackle pin is secured
with thread locking compound and
any attempt to turn will compromise
its security.)
The shackle is undamaged and in
the correct orientation.
The webbing around the link is not
worn or damaged.

Remove the pin, untwist the webbing
90 degrees, and allow the webbing to
slowly
retract into the unit cinching the
webbing every 1-2 meters. Inspect the
webbing as it retracts. Make sure not to
introduce a twist in the webbing as it is
retracting.

Refit the Nozzle assembly.
DO NOT USE THE DEVICE IF IT SHOWS ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE, WEAR, OR INCORRECT
OPERATION.
If any signs of damage, wear, or incorrect function exist, remove the device
from duty and contact an authorized service center for servicing options.
