3. Remove the pin and untwist the webbing 90 degrees. Allow the webbing
to slowly retract, and push the two Nozzle halves closed. Retract the
webbing back into the device, tugging on the webbing every 1-2 meters to
properly seat the webbing.
4. Replace the pin through both Nozzle halves.
5. Check Auto Belay for correct operation.

10.7 Webbing Line Replacement
If the webbing line shows signs of wear, damage, or contamination then it will
need to be replaced. The short webbing loop inside the device does not receive
wear under normal operation and is not inspectable by the operator. Replace

DO NOT ALLOW SHORT WEBBING LOOP TO RETRACT INTO HOUSING
With Nozzle removed take care to not permit uncontrolled retraction of short
webbing loop into unit. Uncontrolled retraction will result in internal damage
and require repair by the Manufacturer.
USE ONLY GENUINE TRUBLUE iQ REPLACEMENT PARTS
The TBiQ-LT must use the 12.5M webbing. There is a blue tag near the
bartack with “12.5M”. The TBiQ-XL must use the 20.0M webbing. There is a
purple tag near the bartack with “20M”.
