Clean the flue gas collection box (1).
6.
Clean the impeller (3) and the piston ring behind the fan wheel (3)
with a brass brush.
7.
Inspect the seal and the contact surfaces around the flue fan (2)
and the flue gas collection box (1).
8.
Replace the seal if it is damaged. Order number of gasket.
9.
Reinstall the flue fan in the reverse sequence.

The cleaning of the flue fan is completed.

Allow the fire in the boiler to burn out.

The operating status of the HDG Euro must be indicated with
“
Heat production off
” in the display of the HDG Lambda
Control.
Caution!
Danger of burns from hot surfaces.
The surfaces of the boiler can be hot. Even when turned off, they
only cool down slowly.
Do not start with the maintenance work until the surfaces have
cooled down.
