Saving Spectral Data
To save spectral data, press the “save data" button (number 8 in Fig. 7.24 ), then select the
file path to define the folder where data is stored and define the file name. Data sets will
be recorded in .txt format for a single sweep (
see Fig. 7.30 ). The save button will auto­
matically return to its default state.
Saved data file is organized in columns ( see Fig. 7.30 ), meaning:

column – wavelength values in nanometers

column – optical power values in dBm.
