Scheduled Acquisition
:ACQUisition:SCHEdule:STARt
Starts scheduled acquisition with the defined period and number of samples. Data is
stored on the instrument internal memory on a separate directory for each day. The
directory name is the date in the format «YYYYMMDD».
Note: Scheduled acquisition may be saved on the same data set as continuous acqui­
sition if these two types of data recording have been selected on the same day (
see
section “Continuous Acquisition“ on page 49 ).
The interrogator does not resume scheduled acquisition if power fails during sleep.

:ACQUisition:SCHEdule:PERIod?
Queries the set period for scheduled acquisitions on the FS22. The answer is a string
with time in the following format «HH:MM:SS»
Example:
Command :ACQU:SCHE:PERI?
Answer :ACK: 01:00:00
:ACQUisition:SCHEdule:PERIod:HH:MM:SS
Sets the period for scheduled acquisitions on the FS22. The period is defined as a
time interval with the format «HH:MM:SS». The minimum period is 5 seconds and
maximum period is 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
Note: the defined period must never be smaller than the needed for the defined num­
ber of samples.
Example:
Command :ACQU:SCHE:PERI:01:00:00
Answer :ACK
:ACQUisition:SCHEdule:SAMPles?
Queries the set number of samples to collect on each scheduled acquisition on the
FS22. The answer is an integer.
Example:
Command :ACQU:SCHE:SAMP?
Answer :ACK:300
