High chlorine residuals may cause the UV efficiency reading to be lower than
expected. An imbalance in water chemistry should be corrected before replacing
hardware.
Test the water chemistry, following the table on page
14. High levels of chlorine can lower lamp readings. IF
water chemistry is not fully balanced, correct this and
retest (30 minutes). IF chemistry is balanced, proceed
to step 1D.
Press & hold the menu button, until the ‘CLr’ appears.
Press the down arrow repeatedly until ‘run’ appears,
then press enter. IF service hours are 9,000
