• Protective goggles
• Gloves
• Place barriers around the perimeter of the
work area
This procedure mut be performed each 250 h imperatively.
Every precaution must be taken before working on or near the machine. Comply with the
recommendations in the maintenance book for your machine.
For all tightening actions quoted in this document, ensure the symmetry of the cable tension is complied
with by tightening the threaded rods one by one in quarter turns.
• Fully stow the machine on flat ground with the boom fully retracted.
• Lift the cover at the rear of the turntable.
Remove the cable nut stops and unscrew the nuts from the cables
and chains until they can be lifted from the contact surface :
• either by pulling the threaded rod by hand.
• Or by sliding a screwdriver under the nut.
