Alternative earthing concept
With the alternative earthing concept, the sensor cable shield has a connection to the sensor
housing. The sensor housing uncoupled from the machine earth by means of an EMC adapter
(red). With the alternative earthing concept an electrically secure earth connection is only
ensured for versions with an M12 connector. For variants with an integrated cable, the
alternative earthing concept cannot be used.
