“Power” indicator on faucet not
lit and control display not on.
Power I/O (on/off) switch in O (off) position.
Move Power I/O (on/off) switch on tank unit to the I (on)
position.
Unit not plugged in or outlet not working.
Plug in unit, have outlet repaired by a certified electrician, or
use a different outlet.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Reset circuit breaker. If circuit breaker continues to trip,
contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Unit is malfunctioning.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Unit does not dispense water.
Water level in tank is too low.
Allow unit to fill and heat.
Water supply is shut off or not connected.
Make sure water supply is connected properly and turned
on.
Internal tank unit failure.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Water flowing slowly.
Filter is old.
Replace the water filter.
Inlet valve is blocked.
Remove water supply line and check/clean inlet valve.
Install water pre-filter on water supply line.
Water is not hot.
Heating element not working.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.
Relay and/or control board defective.
Contact Authorized Service Agent or Hatco for assistance.

: Temp Sensor Error

: Water Overflow Error
E4
: Water Not Filling—Water has not filled to Level-1 after 10
minutes of filling.
E5
: Not Heating—Water temperature has not reached setpoint
temperature after 30 minutes of heating.
