7.3.10 Removing the baffle plate
► Open the firebox door.
► Slide the firebrick retainer upward (Figure 29).
► Turn the firebrick retainer to the front until the
top fire brick comes out of the retainer (Figure 30).
► Carefully remove the top firebrick from the firebox (Figure 31).
► Slide the baffle plate up and out of the brackets (Figure 32).
► Turn the baffle plate over to the top

(Figure 33).
► Turn the baffle plate over to the left

(Figure 33).
► Remove the baffle plate through the back opening (Figure 34).
► Clean the flue gas paths with a brush.

Reinstall the part in the reverse order.
