concerning your propeller system. Hartzell Product Support may

Hartzell Product Support can also be reached by fax at

After business hours, you may leave a message on our 24 hour
product support line at (937) 778-4376 or at
(800) 942-7767, toll free from the United States and Canada. A
technical representative will contact you during normal business
hours. Urgent AOG support is also available 24 hours per day,
seven days per week via this message service.

Warranty Service
If you believe you have a warranty claim, it is necessary to
contact Hartzell’s Warranty Administrator. The

Administrator will provide a blank Warranty Application form. It
is necessary to complete this form and return it to the Warranty
Administrator for evaluation
before proceeding with repair
or inspection work
. Upon receipt of this form, the Warranty
Administrator will provide instructions on how to proceed.
