To switch off the device, simply

Otherwise the device will switch
itself off automatically after 3

for any reason, simply press the
exhaust button. The measuring
process is interrupted and an
automatic fall in pressure occurs.

extreme temperatures, humidity,
dust or direct sunlight.

This device consists of high qual-
ity precision components. Do not
drop the device and protect it
against hard knocks.

Never open the device. Repairs
may only be carried out by quali-
fied individuals.

Only use a soft, moistened cloth

Devices (Medizinprodukte-Betreiber-
verordnung). Measurement function
checks can be carried out either by
competent authorities, or authori-
sed maintenance providers for a fee.

11. Error displays
Error which has occurred
Possible causes
Device will not switch on
No batteries, they have been inserted
incorrectly or are empty.
The cuff was not inflated enough.
Pump again until a suitably high pressure is
reached.
The cuff was inflated to more than
280 mmHg. Deflate the cuff by pressing the
exhaust button.
