(pg. 20) for instructions for removing the backrest. Once
backrest is removed, turn recline knob clockwise until
end is reached to retract the base plate on the bottom
of the seat.
1. Place the booster seat firmly against the back of a
forward-facing vehicle seat in a position equipped
with a vehicle lap/shoulder belt and headrest.
2. Have your child sit on the booster
car seat with their back flat against
the vehicle seat.
3. Thread the lap portion of the lap/
shoulder belt system

booster seat armrests, and ensure
that the belt is snug across child’s hips just touching
their thighs and is
NOT
across their stomach.
4. With lap/shoulder belt installed

armrests, buckle vehicle seat belt into place.
5. Ensure the buckle is secure by gently pulling on it.
! WARNING
: To avoid possible entanglement and
choking with your vehicle’s shoulder belts, Harmony
Juvenile Products recommends that the following
precautions are taken when installing your booster
seat:
6. Pull the shoulder portion of the vehicle seat belt all
the way out until the retractor locks.
