Outside Cleaning - Use of External Cleaning Devices
Use the External Cleaning Device to wash everything on the outside of the sprayer.
1.
Unroll the hose from the reel.
2.
Set the pump speed to approximately 250 rpm.
3.
Open the left side locker.
Set the suction valve for “suction from rinsing tank”.
The pressure valve needs no specific setting.
4.
Open the right side locker.
The external cleaning valve is closed (position A).
Turn the handle to position B. Use the spray gun connected to the
hose reel for cleaning the sprayer outside.
Turn the handle to position C. Use the spray gun nearby for
cleaning the EasyClean filter and CycloneFilter.
5.
After cleaning, close the cleaning valve (position A).
Close the side lockers.
6.
Roll the hose on the reel again.

ATTENTION! External cleaning using the spray gun is only
possible with water from the RinseTank, which have been
directed through the main tank. To avoid using concentrated
chemical mix from the main tank to clean the sprayer on the
outside, do a complete main tank cleaning before attempting to
use the spray gun!
If the safety valve is activated, then lower the PTO speed to
minimize the amount of rinsing water being lost into the main
tank.
If the sprayer is cleaned with a high pressure washer, lubrication
of the entire machine is recommended.
