1. Assemble the base first by joining Base Brackets (1) to Base Channeled Supports (2)
forming a 30” x 30” square base. Next place the Casters (3) on the corners of the base
but only “finger tighten” the Self Locking Nut on the stem of the caster.
2. Place the Base Beam (7) on top of the base remembering to only “finger tighten” all of the
Self Locking Nuts.
3. Remove the Self Locking Nut of one of the Casters (3) and place one of the Struts (6) on
the Caster stem, and replace the nut. Repeat this same procedure with the other struts.
