1.4 Opening
When the crates arrive, check that the machine has not been damaged during
transport and that all parts listed are present. The crates must be opened using all
possible precautionary measure to avoid damaging the machine or its parts. Make
sure that parts do not fall from the crate during opening.
Chapter 2 Description of the machine
2.1 Introduction
The Scissor-‐type hoist adopts the scissor-‐type mechanical structure;
utilizing the hydraulic pressure to produce the lifting power. The
mechanical lock provides the security and the hydraulic balance valve
adjusts the lifting flat level. The lift has many advantages, such as simple
structure, easy operation, and mechanical safety protection. It is
especially suitable for high precision wheel alignment and Auto’s repair
and maintenance. The features as below:

The minimum height is 230mm at ground installation. ( less with
pads removed approx. 180mm )

Hydraulic pressure control safety mechanical lock provides two
levels of lift control which provides safe operation.
2.2 Intended use
This scissor vehicle lift can lift various vehicles which weight less than
2700kg. It is suitable for vehicle testing, repair, maintenance and care
work.
This lift is designed to lifting vehicles, not for other usage such as.

2.3 Warranty
HAPP Australia Pty Ltd warrant products against faulty workmanship or defective materials for one
year after date of purchase. Warranties are on a parts only basis and do not include labour.
