4.4 Set the Harmonic Type
HDG3000B(C) can output even harmonics, odd harmonics or all orders of
harmonics.Press
[Wave] >Harmonic
softkey on the front panel to enter the harmonic setting menu,
and press
Type
softkey to select the desired harmonic type.
1. Even
Select this type and the instrument would output basic waveform and even harmonics.
2. Odd number
Select this type and the instrument would output basic waveform and odd harmonics.
3. All
Select this type and the instrument would output basic waveform and all the harmonics in
order.
Note: The harmonics actually output is determined by the "Order" currently specified.
4.5 Set the Harmonic Amplitude
Press
[Wave] > Harmonic
softkey to enter the harmonic setting menuand
press
Amplitude
softkey to set the amplitude of each harmonic.
1. Index:
Press thissoftkey to select the index number of the harmonic to be selected.
2. Amplitude:
Press thissoftkey to set the amplitude of the selected subharmonic. Use the
numeric keypad to input the amplitude value and then select the desired unit from the pop-up
menu, or use the direction keys and knob to modify the current value.

4.6 Set the Harmonic Phase
Press
[Wave] > Harmonic
softkey to enter the harmonic setting menuand press
Phase
softkey to
set the phase of each harmonic.
1. Index:
Press this softkey to select the index number of the harmonic to be selected.
2. Phase:
Press thissoftkey to set the phase of the selected subharmonic.Use the numeric
keypad to input the phase value and then select the unit "°" from the pop-up menu, or use the
