3. Remove the lid (3) of the tea
strainer.
4. Place tea leaves in the tea
strainer (4).
5. Close the tea strainer with an
audible click.
6. Open the lid (1) of the water
tank.

7. Place the tea strainer on the
pot column.
8. Twist the lid of the water tank
closed until you hear it click
into place. Use the markings
to guide you.
9. Place the water tank on the
base with contact pin.
The display will show a brew-
ing temperature of 100ºC and
a brewing time of 0:00.
10. Set the desired tea variety
(see ‘Setting the tea variety’
on page 18).
11. Set the desired tea strength
(see ‘Setting the tea strength’
on page 19).
12. Press the button to start
the heating process.
The button will light up in
blue.
The display shows the cur-
rent water temperature.
If the set brewing tempera-
ture has been reached, the
tea strainer will slide automat-
ically into the heated water.
As soon as the tea strainer
is at the bottom of the water
tank, the set brewing time will
count down in the display.
