Dishwasher detergents, rinse aids and dishwasher salts
WARNING!
Risk of poisoning!
Consumption of dishwasher detergent,
rinse aid, multitabs or dishwasher salt is
damaging to the health – risk of poisoning!
■
Keep these products out of the reach
of children and pets.
■
Do not use the water out of the dish-
washer for drinking water.
.
Using multitabs
(9)
(10)
Many multitabs already contain dishwash-
er detergent, dishwasher salt and rinse aid,
meaning that you do not need to use these
three products separately. In this case, you
can ignore notifications that rinse aid (9) and
dishwasher salt (10) need to be topped up.
If your water is in the
– “soft” to “medium” hardness range, multi-
tabs will deliver good results.
– “hard” range, we would recommend that
you do not use multitabs and instead use
dishwasher detergent, dishwasher salt and
rinse aid individually.
Determine and set the water hardness
(see “Adjusting the water hardness
level” on page EN-28).

1. Pull back the catch (25) on the detergent
dispenser (21).
The cover will pop open.
(26)
(27)
2. The large compartment (26) is the main
wash compartment; the small one (27) is
the pre-wash compartment.
3. Place a multitab in the main wash com-
partment (26).
4. Push the dispenser cover closed so that
the catch (25) clicks into place once
again.
Adding dishwasher detergent
Only use dishwasher detergent which is in-
tended specifically for dishwashers. Carry
out a test run
without
dishwasher deter-
gent before the first use (see “Test run” on
page EN-28).
