Cleaning or changing the dust
bag
WARNING
Risk of electric shock!
Touching live parts may result in severe
injury or death.

Before replacing the dust bag, always
pull the mains plug out of the socket.
■
Never pull the mains plug out of the
socket by the mains cord, always hold
the mains plug itself.
NOTICE
Risk of damage!
Vacuuming unsuitable materials blocks
the fi lter and can damage the appli-
ance.
■
Correct functioning of the appliance
can only be guaranteed if suitable
dust bags are used.
■
Never vacuum without a dust bag
or with one that is damaged. Dust
which has been vacuumed up can get
inside the appliance and damage the
motor.
The original dust bag that comes sup-
plied can be used several times and
can be washed by hand at 30°C.

When the status indicator (22) on the con-
trol panel (5) of the appliance changes from
blue to red, the dust bag is full and must be
changed.
1. Pull the mains plug (40) out of the socket.

2. Remove the suction hose (16). To do this,
press in the spring holders (37) on the
suction hose coupling (36).

3. Pull the opening tab (10) for the dust bag
compartment cover (9) and swing the
cover upwards.
