Getting started
1. Remove all transport safety devices
(cardboard strips, etc.) and all adhesive

oven, and check that they are functioning
properly.
Removing transport locks
• If you have not already done so, remove
any plastic strips from the sides of the
baking sheets.
• Remove all protective films.
Pre-cleaning the oven
The oven must be pre-cleaned to remove all
grease and oil residues from the manufactur-
ing process, as well as tough dust deposits
left over from storage and transportation. This
not only helps protect your health but also en-
sures delicious cakes and roasts.
1. In order to do so, operate the oven for
approximately 60 minutes at a convec-
tion heat of 250 °C. Leave the oven rack,
baking tray and dripping pan in the oven
when doing so.
2. Let all parts dry completely afterwards.
3. Wash the oven rack, baking tray, dripping
pan and cooking compartment with clean
water. Then dry everything off.
To use the appliance see page EN-14.
