24 hours/day water usage showing on the HANS™ Premium Water app
•
Instruct the customer to have a plumber inspect the home or business to inspect sinks, toilets,
etc. for any leaks.
High discharge from the Drain Valve Assembly
•
Use a measuring cup to measure the discharge. Discharge up to 300 mL/ 8min is expected and
meets specifications.
•
If discharge is greater than 300mL/ 8min, Place unit in flush and cycle the pump on and off
several times. Measure discharge. Replace if discharge is outside of parameters.
Low Pump Pressure
•
If pump pressure is less than 95 psi, then Low Pump Pressure alert will display on the
HANS™
Premium Water
app and on the touch screen of the appliance and pump will turn off. Pump will
not turn back on for 10 minutes.
•
Check inlet flow and pressure.
•
Check filters.
High Pump Pressure
•
If pump pressure is greater than 220 psi, then High Pump Pressure alert will display on the
HANS™ Premi
um Water
app and on the touch screen of the appliance and pump will turn off.
•
Check whether Drain valve flows to drain with pump on. If no flow, replace Drain Valve
Assembly.
•
Contact Technical Support.
Low Inlet Pressure
•
If inlet pressure drops to less than 20 psi with pump on, then Low Inlet Pressure alert will display
on the
HANS™ Premium Water
app and on the touch screen of the appliance and pump will
turn off after 10 minutes.
•
Check well tank, well pump, and well switch.
•
If in a well: Check well tank, well pump, well switch; replace as needed.
•
If in municipal: Install a pressure enhancing device upstream of the unit or contact the local
water authority.
High Inlet Pressure
•
If inlet pressure is greater than 85 psi, then High Inlet Pressure alert will display on the
HANS™
Premium Water
app and on the touch screen of the appliance. Customer requires a pressure
regulator installed.
