• Remove the cuvette.
• Add the content of one packet of HI 93702-0 Bicinchoninate.
Replace the cap and shake gently for about 15 seconds.
• Reinsert the cuvette into the instrument.
• Press
Timer
and the display will show the countdown prior to the measurement or, alternatively, wait
for 45 seconds and press
Read
. When the timer ends the meter will perform the reading.
• The instrument displays the results in
mg/L of copper
.
INTERFERENCES
Interference may be caused by:

For samples overcoming buffering capacity of reagent (around pH 6.8), pH should be adjusted between
6 and 8.
