Error Messages During Measurement
If the pH or temperature exceeds the limits of the sensor, the message
“ELECTRODE OUT OF SPEC” will scroll on the third LCD line. The
temperature will continue to be displayed. If temperature exceeds the
meter specification of 120 ºC, then “120 ºC” will blink on the display.
If interval logging, the message “OUT OF SPEC.” will alternate with
the LOG specific message in both these cases and the Log file will
indicate a “ºC!” next to the data.
In case the temperature sensor is damaged, “BROKEN TEMPERATURE
SENSOR” will be displayed and the temperature will display “25.0”
and the unit tag blinking on the second LCD line. The Log file will
indicate “ºC!!” next to the data.
mV Reading Of The pH
The mV reading of the measured pH can be displayed on the LCD by
pressing the RANGE/
u
key.
