SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Read the Instruction manual carefully before use
Never overload the product.
The jack is only intended for lifting. Blocks with a sufficient capacity must always be placed under a
raised vehicle.
Always apply the handbrake and use chocks to prevent the vehicle from rolling.
Always place the jack on a level and hard surface. If the jack is placed on any other surface, the
load can fall.
Always place the middle of the lifting saddle directly below the part that is to be lifted.
The safety valve is adjusted in the factory and no additional adjustment is required.
The jack is only intended for lifting. The load must be supported before commencing investigations
or working.
Do not overload the jack. The jack has a lifting capacity of 2.5 tonnes. Overloading can damage the
jack. Risk of personal injury or damage to property.
Always place the jack on a level and hard surface. If the jack is placed on any other surface, it can
then become unstable and suffer impaired lifting capacity.

OPERATION
WARNING!
It is prohibited to use the jack to lift up persons.
Before use
1.
Open the relief valve.
2.
Insert the lifting handle in the bracket.
3.
Pump approximately six full strokes to distribute the
hydraulic oil in the system.
4.
Close the relief valve.
Lifting
IMPORTANT!
If the jack does not maintain the pressure and sinks, stop working with it immediately.
Make sure that the jack is repaired, or scrapped.
1.
Close the valve by turning it clockwise.
2.
Check that the lifting saddle is located
directly below the part that is to be lifted, and
that the load is in the middle of the lifting
saddle.
3.
Pump the jack up to the desired height.
