ASSEMBLY
1. Place the trailer bottom up.
2. Secure the wheels on the wheel axles.
3. Pump the tyres up to the correct pressure.
4. Fasten the towbar with two nuts and
bolts.
5. Fasten the tip lock with the cotter.

6. Turn over the trailer.
7. Fit the front and back dropsides.

MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
• Clear any debris from the flatbed after use.
• Wash and dry the trailer after use.
• Check the wheel axle and wheel bearings
at regular intervals, and lubricate if
necessary.
• Check all bolted joints regularly,
and retighten if necessary.
• Clean and lightly lubricate all moving
parts once a year.
STORAGE
• Do not leave any loads in the flatbed for
long periods.
• Make sure that the trailer is clean and dry
before putting into storage, this increases
its lifespan and reliability.
• Store the trailer indoors, or otherwise
protected in the winter and in bad
weather.
• When storing outdoors, raise the towbar
end a little higher than the back of the
flatbed to ensure good run-off.
NOTE:
• Incorrect maintenance and/or incorrect
storage will invalidate the warranty.
• Only use spare parts recommended by
the manufacturer. The use of other spare
parts can cause malfunctioning, damage
to property and/or personal injury.
