Pimento Cheese

2 (4-ounce [115 g]) jars diced pimento peppers, drained
1 cup (250 ml) salad dressing
1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
Salt and pepper to taste

bowl: process cheddar and colby cheeses. Stir in pimentos,
salad dressing, sugar salt, and pepper. Add more or less creamy salad
dressing to achieve desired texture. Mix well.
Makes 12-14 servings.
