Step voltage setting
You can set step voltage value.
The command length of the step voltage value setting is 4 byte.
Syntax
:
S<value1><value2><CR>
Notes:
Input value1 and value2 in binary.
The range of value1 is from 0 to 20.
The range of value2 is from 0 to 99.

Step voltage is limited to maximum voltage value or less.

For example, in the case of Visual Basic, when you want to set the
step voltage of 100V, you can write as follows;

Cmd(0) = 83 : Cmd(1) =1 : Cmd(2) = 0 : Cmd(3) = 13
