8. OPERATIONS
8-1 CAUTION
In operating this system, please be careful about the following.
(1) Warm-up
Before operation is stable after a power supply unit is switched on and trigger inputs,
it takes about 30 minutes.
(2) Cables
Check the connection of each cable, signal cables and power cables. In making
connection, please refer to the 9.System Configuration Example.
(3) Launch of the control software
The control software should be launched several seconds after switching on the
power supply of a streak camera. A setup is needed when connecting a streak
camera to the computer for the first time. (An installed case is excluded at the time of
shipment.) Refer to chapter7. connection with the computer for control for a setup
procedure.

Control software is not attached to this system.
8-2 PREPAREING FOR OPERATIONS
Perform early operation in the following procedure.
(1) Connect the various unit according to measurement after checking that the
power switch is come by off.
(2) The power switch of this system is turned ON. Check that power supply LED
lights up.
8-3 START OF OPERATIONS
Launch the control software. Operation is started by setup various settings.

Read the operation manual of control software about the detailed
operation method.
Although this system is USB apparatus, it does not correspond to a hot swap. During
communication by software, do not extract a cable or do not turn off the power supply of a
this system.
