Note 1: Supplementary description
Currently, checking the frequency at which the streak camera is actually operating requires
hooking an oscilloscope or a frequency counter to the Monitor out terminal. The output from
this terminal is synchronized with the sweep. Inputting a high repetition signal of more than
10 kHz may sometimes make it difficult to get stable repetition in the output signal due to
repetition limits. If that happens, then turning the STABILITY control slightly will make a
small change in the repetition limit to allow the sweep in synchronization with a repetition
frequency up to a maximum of 10 kHz. Inputting a repetition frequency higher than this may
work repletion limit function.
