The EB+ CAN Hub on one trailer connects to:
1.  The predecessor vehicle
2.  The EBS ECU installed on it's own vehicle (local)
3.  The successor vehicle (if any and can be another EB+ CAN Hub or EBS)

Road Train example:

EB+ CAN Hub as a router (with successor ECU i.e. another EB+ CAN Hub or EBS ECU on next trailer)
