Squeegee
The movable, hinged squeegee
is lowered and switched on with
the
Squeegee
button
. The squeegee withdraws the waste water
from the floor using a sealing strip. The suction turbines vacuum the waste
water from the floor. If the machine passes through narrow sections,
e.g. checkout areas, the squeegee can be removed by loosening the star-
shaped handle and hooked into the cover
of the waste water tank.
The squeegee can be swivelled up for maintenance purposes
.
2.4.6
Waste water tank
The waste water vacuumed by the squeegee is conveyed via a suction hose
from the squeegee into the waste water tank
. A float
switch inside the waste water tank automatically switches the suction turbine off
when the maximum filling level is reached. In this case, a warning symbol illumi-
nates in the multifunction display. An acoustic warning is output at the same
time.
2.4.7
Suction turbines
The suction turbines are on the left-hand side of the machine and are accessi-
ble after removing the side panelling. The suction turbines are switched on
and off automatically when the squeegee is lowered and raised.
