MAINTENANCE AND INSPECTIONS
Before each use, a visual inspection shall be made for abnormal conditions, such as cracked welds, damage,
bent, worn, loose or missing parts. The product should be inspected immediately if it is believed to have been
subjected to abnormal load or shock. If any defects or malfunction occur, the jack should be removed from
service immediately. Owner/operators should be aware that repair of this product may require specialized
equipment and knowledge. Repairs shall be performed by an authorized customer service representative.
Thorough inspection:
On a regular basis (at least once a year – more frequent if required by working
conditions) a thorough inspection of the product shall be carried out and documented by a qualified person.
Lubrication is critical to jacks as they support heavy loads. Lubricate the parts regularly. Always store your jack
in the fully lowered position.
