GENERAL
This jack is designed by the principle of mechanical transmission. Steel structure makes this jack safe and
durable, and compact design offers easy operation and simple maintenance. Both lifting and lowering speed
are controllable. This jack can be used to lift from the side or top – there are two different support stands.
SAFETY
Before each use an inspection for visible signs of damage of malfunction should be performed by
competent personnel. If any defects are found, the jack should be removed from service immediately.
Before usage check the function of the ratchet pawls (5) (6).
Do not exceed the rated capacity of this jack (marked on the product).
Before lifting, make sure that the jack is in complete balance. Use only on hard level surfaces.
Before lifting, make sure that the support stand supports the load completely and firmly and the load
is centered to the support stand.
It is prohibited to put any parts of the body under the lifted load. Use jack stands or similar to secure
the load
If several jacks are used at the same time, make sure that they are operated at coordinated manner,
so that they will be raised or lowered at the same time.
If working force becomes abnormal during use, immediately stop working to inspect all related
transmit components from a safe distance.
Lubricate parts regularly according to use.
Maintain all labels and warnings.
When the jack is not used, the upper support stand (3) should be on bottom position.
Do NOT make any alternations/modifications to this product.
OPERATION
Place the jack on a hard level surface. Place the load on the lower (4) or upper (3) support stand firmly. Rotate
the lever (2) clockwise to lift the load and counterclockwise to lower the load.
