7. メンテナンス
●こて先について
ハッコー FM-203 の取扱説明書を参照してください。
●点検
■ ヒーターとセンサーに電気的
異常がないことを確認してく
ださい。
1� ヒーター・センサー切れ
図に示されている通り、こて先の２箇所の間
の抵抗を測定します。
抵抗は、常温（15 〜 25° C）で測定してく
ださい。正常値は 8 Ω± 10% です。抵抗値が
異常な場合には、こて先を交換してください。
この間のヒーター・センサーの抵抗値を測定します。
■ アース線の点検
1� 接続コードのプラグをステーションから外
します。
2� ピン 2 とこて先間（両方のこて先で）の抵
抗値を測定します。
3� 抵抗値が 2 Ω（常温時）を超える場合、ハッ
コー FM-203 取扱説明書の 16 ページに説
明のあるこて先のメンテナンスを行ってく
ださい。それでも抵抗値が下がらない時は、
接続コードの断線を調べてください。
■ 接続コード断線の調べ方
（１１ページの配線図 B 側を参
照ください）
1� こて先とハンドルをはずします。
2� コネクタとソケットリード線の間の抵抗を
次の通り測定します。
ピン 1 - 赤
ピン 2 - 緑
ピン 3 - 黒
ピン５ - 白
ひとつでも抵抗値が 0 Ωより大きいか、ま
たは∞の場合、MODEL FM-2022 を交換
してください。

Please refer to the HAKKO FM-203 in-
struction manual.
NOTE:
The HAKKO FM-203 has 2 channels; D
and S. The FM-2022 can use only the D
channel.
Refer to the FM-203 instruction manual
for details of operation.
There is a flange.
Make sure that the flange will
fit the handle when inserted
into the handpiece.

NOTE:
The tips are a set of 2 pieces with the same
tip style. They must be used together.

Displays
1. Insert the tips:
Hold the head part of the tip with the
heat resistant pad and insert the tip
into the handpiece. Push until the tip
stops. Repeat for second tip.
2. Turn the power switch ON.
3. W h e n t h e s e t t e m p e r a t u r e i s
reached, the buzzer sounds .
NOTE:
Once the two tips are inserted into the
hand piece, heat control begins.
Both tips of the set must be inserted or
the handpiece will not heat.
