1� こて先とハンドルをはずします。
2� コネクタとソケットリード線の間の抵抗を
次の通り測定します。
ピン 7 - (1)
ピン 2 - (3)
ピン 4 - (4)
ピン 8 - (2)
ひとつでも抵抗値が 0 Ωより大きいか、ま
たは∞の場合、MODEL FM-2022 を交換
してください。

8. トラブル発生時に
点検
： こて先はしっかりと差し込まれてい
ますか。
対処
： こて先を最後まで差し込んでください。
点検
： 接続コードが断線していませんか。ヒー
ター／センサーは切れていませんか。
対処
： 本書の接続コードの断線およびヒー
ター／センサー切れの調べ方の項を参
照してください。
● こて先が熱くならない。

センサーエラー
が表示
されている。
● こて先にはんだがのら
ない。
点検
： こて先の設定温度が高すぎませんか。
対処
： 適正温度に設定してください。
点検
： こて先に酸化物が付着していませんか。
対処
： ハッコー 599B こて先クリーナー、ま
たは湿らせたスポンジを使ってこて先
をクリーニングし、酸化物を取り除い
てください。
● こて先温度が高すぎる。
点検
： 接続コードが断線していませんか。
対処
： 「接続コード断線の調べ方」の項を参照
してください。

修理を実施する際、電源プラグは必ず抜いてください。
感電の恐れがあります。

5. SETTING UP THE MODEL FM-2022
Push the plug in as far as
it will go, and try to remove it
without pressing the release pin.
If it stays in the receptacle
it is properly seated.
Receptacle
When the plug ‘clicks’,
it is fully inserted.
1. Connector cord
Pass the connector cord through the
hole in the heat resistant pad.
2. Iron holder
When the iron holder is connected
with the HAKKO FM-203 by using a
connecting cable, the sleep function
can be used.
Refer to the HAKKO FM-203 instruction
manual for how to set the sleep time.
3. Connections
1. Connect the plug to the HAKKO
FM-203.
2. Place the MODEL FM-2022 in the
iron holder.
3. Plug the power cord into the power
supply. Be sure to ground the unit.
NOTE:
This product is protected against electro-
static discharge and must be grounded for
full efficiency.
