When placing the work piece:
Make sure that the hands / fingers may not be
clamped between the flange and the work
piece!
6.4 Tests
NOTE!
Material damage due to damaged
adaptation clamping device!
A damaged, incomplete, or unbalanced adaption
clamping device can significantly damage or
even destroy the machine tool and the work
piece.
Only use complete and properly assembled ad-
aptation clamping devices.
If in doubt contact the manufacturer.
Ensure the following points prior to each installation and
startup of the adaption clamping device:
The adaption clamping device must be undamaged.
All cylindrical screws of the adaption clamping device
must be present and tightened with the proper tighten-
ing torque.
The set RPM of the machine tool should not exceed the
maximum permissible speed of the adaption clamping
device.
The maximum drawtube force specified on the peri-
meter of the adaption clamping device must not be ex-
ceeded.
The clamping pressure of the machine must be suffi-
ciently high.
All assembly tools must be removed from the interior of
the machine.
