Solution:
Exchange the technical package

Open the dispenser with the XIBU key.
Remove the battery compartment from the
dispenser (Fig. 1).
Remove the technical package by applying
pressure to the lock. (Fig. 2 + 3)
Insert new technical package from the top
and press into the lower catch. Pay attention
to clean locking - „click“.
Then reinsert the battery compartment.
