Call up coviva web app
As an alternative to the mobile app, it is also possible to access the smartbox after project hand
over via a web portal from a PC, notebook or mobile end device with a Windows operating
system. An HTML5 compatible browser such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Firefox is
required. The user interface is similar to the coviva mobile app and provides the same functions
in a suitable format for larger screens.
The web app can first be used after handing over the project to the customer(Administrator),
such as for remote maintenance. It is not suitable for configuration by the installer.
