Remote maintenance
The smartbox allows convenient remote access by the installer in order to work in the project
without having to be onsite with the customer.
With remote access it is possible, for example:

to check the state of the installation
–
to adjust the configuration
–
to change settings
–
to view event logs
–
to add or remove users
–
to create or change covigrams
Covigrams.
Remote access is first possible after project handover to the customer (administrator). There
-
fore, the administrator must authorise the installer explicitly for remote maintenance.
Remote access is possible either via the mobile app or via the web app (see
Call up coviva
web app
).
