data
The type plate is attached to the control unit. The exact type designation and the
date of manufacture (month/year) of the automatic drive can be found on the type
plate.
Teach mode starts,
but one door or both
doors do not open all
the way.
Check vertical and horizontal alignment of the cabinet.
Ensure that the cabinet doors are not being obstructed in
teach mode.
Check running track for obstacles.
Ensure that the cabinet doors have been correctly
suspended.
Perform soft reset as described in chapter “
Perform hard reset as described in chapter “
One door or both
doors not working
after successful
teach mode.
Check that all cables are properly connected and securely
attached.
If LED lighting is connected, disconnect cable of LED
lighting from control unit and perform a hard reset as
described in chapter “
Once the teach mode has completed and the automatic
drive is operating correctly in Push To Go automatic mode,
connect cable of LED lighting to control unit.
Optionally connected

Check that all cables are properly connected and securely
attached.
With multiple LED lighting, test each connection
individually.
