5-3-17 OTHERS - CAL PRINT (Printing Calibration)
CAL PRINT is used to print the 4-step calibration after the velocity waveform.
CAL PRINT is available in Mode 1 and Mode 2.
Press the MENU button to go to Menu mode. Scroll up (PRINT button) or down (LEG/TOE
button) until OTHERS is highlighted. Press the probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP
(Right) to bring up the submenu. Scroll up or down until CAL PRINT is highlighted. Press the
probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP (Right) to turn ON/OFF.
ON: Prints 4-step (3, 2, 1, 0, -1 kHz) calibration after velocity waveform
OFF: No calibration waveform printed
Once CAL PRINT has been set, press the MENU button to exit and return to the previous
screen.
5-3-18 OTHERS - BACKLIGHT
BACKLIGHT is used to turn the LCD backlight on or off.
Press the MENU button to go to Menu mode. Scroll up (PRINT button) or down (LEG/TOE
button) until OTHERS is highlighted. Press the probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP
button (Right) to bring up the submenu. Scroll up or down until BACKLIGHT is highlighted. Press
the probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP (Right) to change the setting.
ON:
Turns backlight to always on
OFF:
Turns backlight to always off
10 - 60:
Turns backlight off after the
specified number of seconds
Once BACKLIGHT has been set, press the MENU button
to exit and return to the previous screen.
5-3-19 OTHERS - AUTO OFF
AUTO OFF is used to set the Doppler to shut off automatically after a specified amount of time.
Press the MENU button to go to Menu mode. Scroll up (PRINT button) or down (LEG/TOE
button) until OTHERS is highlighted. Press the probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP
button (Right) to bring up the submenu. Scroll up or down until AUTO OFF is highlighted.
Press the Probe selection button (Enter) or INF/DUMP (Right) to change the setting.
ON: Doppler shuts off automatically after 15 minutes in monitoring mode or
10 minutes in freeze mode.
OFF: Doppler stays on unless turned off by the user.

Backlight can also be turned
on & off by pressing and
holding down the MODE
button, then pressing the
MENU button. See 5-4
